Dr. Lai ChiMeng Patrick holds a PhD in Government Studies from the University of Saint Joseph Macau, a Master degree in Entreprise Management from the University of HuaQiao, and a Bachelor degree in Business Information System from the University of Macau. He is an academic and practitioner with 25 years of professional experience in public institutions. His research focuses on Digital Governance, Smart Government, Smart City Innovation, Enterprise Management, Knowledge Management, Smart Corrections, and Information System Management. To his credit, he has published scientific papers and speeches at international conferences, academic journals, forums and seminars, specializing at data analysis and structural equation modeling.
